Rich and Jake started RJ Home Services in 2022 with more than 25 years of electrical experience between them. It's still family-run, and every technician has passed a background check and a drug test before they ever ring your bell.

What do the two plans cost?
The RJ Way Plan is $165 a year: two annual inspections (plumbing and electrical), priority scheduling, waived dispatch fees, a discount on all services and maintenance records on file. The Generator Maintenance Plan is $395 a year and adds yearly generator maintenance.
How does the $49 dispatch fee work?
It covers the visit and rolls into the cost of the repair when you go ahead. Members don't pay it at all.
Can you come the same day?
Same-day appointments are often available, especially in Spotsylvania County. We're open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with several financing partners on approved credit, and the Premier Program covers water heaters, filtration and generators with one monthly payment that includes maintenance.
Are your technicians licensed?
RJ holds Master Electrical and Master Plumbing licences and Virginia Class A Contractor Lic. #2705189863. We're bonded and insured, and every tech has passed a background check and a drug test.
