FAQ
Quick answers
How soon can you come out?
Same-day appointments are often available, especially in Spotsylvania County. We're open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and we book around your schedule.
How does the $49 dispatch fee work?
The $49 dispatch fee rolls into the repair, so if you go ahead with the work, it's part of the price, not on top of it.
Is your pricing really flat-rate?
Yes. You get the price before work starts and there's no extra charge if the job runs long. We also price match and give free second opinions.
Do you offer financing?
We work with several financing partners, on approved credit. Our Premier Program also covers water heaters, water filtration and generators with one predictable monthly payment that includes all maintenance.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Master Electrical and Master Plumbing licences, Virginia Class A Contractor Lic. #2705189863, bonded and insured. Every tech has passed a background check and drug test.
Which areas do you serve?
Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Warrenton, Culpeper, Gainesville and surrounding towns, from our base in Goldvein. Not sure? Call and ask.
