FAQ

Quick calls.

What does the $49 dispatch fee cover?

It gets a licensed tech to your door. If you go ahead with the repair, the $49 rolls into the price of the job.

Do you charge more if a job runs long?

No. We use flat-rate pricing, so the price we give you is the price you pay, even if the job takes longer than planned.

Can I get same-day service?

Same-day appointments are often available in Spotsylvania County. We are open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and a real person answers during business hours.

Who is coming into my home?

Every RJ tech has passed a background check and drug test. RJ holds Master Electrical and Master Plumbing licences and is bonded and insured.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with several financing partners on approved credit, and the Premier Program covers water heaters, water filtration and generators with one monthly payment that includes all maintenance.
